The Draco Lands

The lands of the Draco are known for their great technological advance and weapon, much like the custodians. There's more you can go read more about it if you go get the book. We don't really know what happened there. The custodians eventually took it blah blah blah. Okay next is the lands of Nefte. This immense circle environment and misnamed red planet harbored a great and diverse life within its dome. These native Martian civilizations were reportedly totally annihilated by the colonizers. So the question is why wasn't part of it left for possible further development or even for some kind of manipulation by the colonizer themselves.
