Joe Biden told Republicans that President Trump exceeded his constitutional authority and gave them things he wasn't authorized to give, she says. And then he told Democrats that he would not exceed his constitutional authority to give them what they wanted either. She says the president should pardon himself if there is something out of bounds for pardoning him.Kohn: I suspect a post presidential Trump might actually be the same kind of animal as Barack Obama.
