There was this experiment in the 70s leading up to 1988. I call it this golden age of school integration, where this country generally tried to integrate schools. From that period about roughly from like say, late 60s to 1988, when black and white and brown students were going to schools together,. The test scores between white and black students converged in the way they had never done before.
