The Importance of Speed in Clinical Research

For me it was the way we look at clinical trial teams. Can we enable the team? And for me the team is everyone involved, no matter in which organization they work to work together. We hire people and we let them spend the whole day sending emails asking for follow up questions while they could just spend the time doing the work instead of talking about the work that needs to be done. 70% of the time of every single employee in clinical research is looking at extra sheets, tracking extra sheets, writing emails, waiting for a reply, picking up the phone call.
