Is There a Difference Between Rooney and David Hart?

The issue to me is more than kind of a theological debate but kind of this very personal spiritual thing that happens about in a person's soul about whether they can unite themselves to God yes. Those discussions are often derailed but nevertheless you can at least see on the level of rhetoric why someone would would take up the posture that Father Rooney does which is David Hart for example.
