The Manhattan DA's Office Fires Back at Horowitz's Legal Team

Karen Drexler has been following the case of rare book dealer scholar, Grifter Horowitz. He was indicted on charges that he gave Eagles lyrics to a biographer in 1979. The DA's office says they don't have any evidence against him and his co-defendant Kozinski. But there is still time for the case to go to trial as it goes through its pre-trial stage.
