Leibniz has a deterministic view of the universe. He thinks each state at each time is copied from the previous state. But that doesn't explain why the whole sequence is as it is, because there's so many other ways it could be. So I love to think of like the clam is like, you know, the start to the race. Like why? Yeah,. It's it had to have a start and contingency arguments are like, wow, whatever, man, maybe maybe it's an infinite race. Maybe it's always been, but what's holding up the track? Why is the noise is grounded at all?
