Food companies have essentially declared war on the health of American consumers. Human eating habits have changed more in the past century than in the previous 10,000 years. As those companies are selling as much food as they can possibly do, the world's gaining weight and it's become a real crisis. We've taken an essential human need and really turned it over for corporate profit making.
