Just sitting with people and talking to them and soaking up their knowledge is my favorite part of conferences. We did breakfast with a bunch of podcast listeners and that was so much fun. One of the sessions I went to was Jen Graybells, who said creativity is both a skill and a resource. She even gave out stickers, do what makes your brain happy.
