Organizational Physics - The Stabilizing Personality

The type of personality who would have this focus more on efficiency is what you call a stabilizing personality. Stabilizers tend to be thought of as someone difficult to work with in our industry because they do ask those difficult questions. It's not always just an easy, oh, let's crank out some code and just see what sticks; it's why are you doing it this way? Yes. Simple. I really think a lot of us, it's the way that our minds work. We want that work. It's satisfying to us and it keeps us in our comfortable state.
