Shampi: As you reflect on your career, what have been some of the difference makers along the way? Shampi: I think really understanding deeply the business you support has always been a differentiator for me. He adds that feedback is a gift and it takes a lot of courage to absorb the feedback. "I'm usually very accessible to my team at all levels and I learn from them quite a bit actually," he says.
