The Texas Supreme Court Injunction on a Family of Trans Kids
The texas supreme court ended uplifting the injunction for most of texas, with the exception of the family at issue. The court didn't say that governor abbott or attorney general paxton could carry on investigating families and doctors who support trans kids for child abuse. O so in tex they actually have not been able to order that child bese investigations begin. What is true is that it has been and always will be in the pur view of the department of health and family protective services to decide what constitutes an investigation worthy behavior.
