How to Reduce the Cost of Skilling in the Job Market?
The idea is to reduce the cost of skilling for the employers in our country. If you are coming out of the informal mode of education, even with one degree or two degrees, you still not go to get same a value for those skills on the job market. But yes, you are now flexible labor who can move, be moved around in the hierarchy of, you know, companies,. An no management. And so those two degrees will never have the same rit.
