Dale: Most of our business wasn't to consumer. It was to businesss, right? But that, what you just said, is aculy common misperception. Lot people thought, oh, only consumers buy from dale. That's actually not what was happening. We were selling to all sorts of companies and governments - small and medium sized businesses. And we created this thing called on sight service. Back then, if your computer broke, you had to put it in the trunk of your car and take it back to the computer store,. They would take it, and then they'd ship it off somewhere, and you'd wait weeks and weeks for a return.
