Introduction
Cadre is a nex gen commercial real estate investment platform backed by the likes of andreson, horwitz, goldman, sacx and the harvard management company. Cadre has closed more than three point five billion dollars in real estate transactions over 22 markets. They report an impressive track record in the high teans. i'm just going to just do a kind of over view of what i believe has happened in markets, global markets, cross asset trading this past week or so. I have a pretty differentiated view, at least from what i'm hearing. And something to think about.
