Is There a Toxic Leadership in the Church?

Both imperial self and infantile self are a false self. Jesus has invited us into identity in him. The second thing is that additionally leaders are going to find themselves caught between imperial selves and infantile selves. So building institutions going forward, which I believe we're called to do as part of our job of ruling and subduing in the world, we need to fire proof them against imperial and infantileself.
