Colonial Debt in Africa

Africa has been in colonial debt to France since 19 61. 14 countries must deposit its national monetery reserves into france's central bank. Leaders who refuse are killed or are victims of some kind of coup. Those who obey are supported by with lavish life styles while their people endure extreme poverty and desperation. The tunnels that they installed in africa created this perfect breeding ground for mosquitoes, which is a huge reason why malaria has not been stopped.
