Is There Any Libertarian Free Will?
I argue that there is plenty of weak emergence, weak emergent free will in part just because we are going to have the same kind of pattern that supports that. The deep question is whether there is any libertarian free will and here I think we can say more than just that it is an open empirical question. So if you have this kind of introspective experience of yourself as being able to do this kind of thing then you have a right to take that at realistic face value unless given some reason to think that you can't do so, right? That's where the action is.
