How to Project Your Past Onto a Canvas

A blank canvas is the perfect substrate to project onto and think we've got nothing to explore but a quiet place this secret place where you're alone with your thoughts and yourself. You can project through symbol and character and fiction your past and your grief and your hopes and your dreams and your hurts and your rebellious side and your spiritual side and the side of you that's a complete blockhead loser. A big clean blank canvass is the place to project yourself onto and really dig into who you are. We then go project all of these inside tapes these complexes that we have and these wounds and traumas onto our everyday life.
