How Do You Drain Your Eating Disorder?
In the ranos moti on therape we have one session that's just dedicated to going as deeply as possible, a, in all the different functions that the ingdis order may be serving. We ask people what they wish for and is having the eating disorder helping them to get closer or further away from those experiences? So it its those kinds of things. And so what we find is just doing a few sessions that are not even a dressing the eating disorder, a lead to significant improvements in readiness and, in some cases, improvements in eating disorder symptoms. It led to significant reductions in our drop out rates.
