"I've booked tables before. I kind of know how to go off script just in case," he says. "It's 10 times harder on the phone, right? Because you got nothing but just your listening skills" He was told by staff at a chain restaurant that they didn't have space for 12 people. But when it came time to book his table she said: 'You did one day advance' She then started going into more detail about her reasons why this wasn't possible. The experience left him confused and with no idea what had happened.
