If you're enslaved to sin, i don't know how efficacious receiving communion is. I think we should always see the whole person in front of us. When people feel like their project, am, that's it just doesn't invite friendship. If you commit a grave action, you should not go to communion until you go to confession. At same time, i do not want to receive the sacrament unworthily.
