And looking back at your work life, i did notice that about six months before you started at eighth light, you stopped working as a volunteer domestic violence cellor and rap crits councellor educator and rap crises counsellor. I do see a future that doesn't look that rosy in terms of what does dhesign look like in ten years time, if we continue down this track and don't develop that talent," she says.
