The one thing in common, of course, is that we all have an autistic brain. An autistic person has a differently wired brain. You can't... I get the whole idea that when kids are really young in life, you know, there's a lot of plasticities. But seriously, look at it logically. In my experience, OT can teach an autistic person how to mask their true self,. How to act neurotypical in moments of meltdown or sensory overload. From my point of view, it aims to teach an autisticperson with a different brain how to act like they have a neurotypical brain while having their most vulnerable experiences.
