As you release your shoulders into the surface below, you notice how much they carry and how relieved they are to let it go. Allow this relief to travel through the upper arm, dissolving your bones, through your elbow and your forearm and wrist. The energy is travelling through the end of your relaxed finger tips. You can feel it ing out and coming in, the energy of openness, relaxation and connection. This sensation s all the way back up your arms, and you find that your chest is open and relaxed. Your breast tissue has released all tension. The muscles that cover your chest and hold on to your ribs have let go. Your ribs are now soft, and your lungs expand easily
