If you're in a crucial conversation, how can you share the facts first and say, okay, this is what's going on? And like I said, does it in a very respectful way because you're not just blowing up at them. And so I'm going to give some examples here. If you have the book, go to page 145. They talk about telling your story and talking about more about your opinion, your emotions, and what’s going on. So that's her sharing the facts first. It really sets the tone for what was going on.
