I want to make an enduring difference on issues that I really cared about and are important. Many of my friends and family didn't see it that way when I first announced that as something I was thinking about. They thought I was crazy, but they accepted that it was an honorable thing to do. It's great to have the opportunity to speak about what was a pretty exciting adventure.
