How Difficult Was It to Work Through the Bristol Fragments?
Dr. Campbell: The fragment contains a section of eight folios, which when typed up in a modern edition came out as around 30 pages. So the real difficulty of working through this was just how damaged the fragment was in parts. Each scribe makes their own edits and sentences that are verbally different from each other but saying roughly the same thing.
