Vernon Neppe and the Epilepsy Project

Vernon neppe was brought in from south africa to be the director of a division of neura psychiatry at the university of washington, 19 86. He published it later in 83, called the psychology of degevi. We both came up with the term dejareve at esa is almost synchronous. His main concern is near in his work, i think he's mainly concerned with epilepsy.
