The FDA would really have to track like the detailed demographics of anyone who report problems and do an adjustment saying is this really more than we'd expect by random chance or if it's actually occurring less than you expect a random chance then why are you reporting on a side effect? "Every medicine has some ridiculous list of side effects on it right yeahYeah i want to uh something good that the FDA did some some decades ago is that there had been these stricter requirements on on on drugs before they could be certified"
