What's Coming Next?

When, when this case is heard, in hopefully less than seven hours, i think have a hint fairly early on. The people who are complaining about the d c circuits decision will go first. I think it'll be really telling to see whether anybody asks them about why they have the ability to bring this case now. If it were environmentalists petitioning, the kinds of questions they would get a lot at orl argument. It's like another one of these kind of, is all government on the constitetion, exactly. Exactly.
