The Rise in Interest in Rent Control

The state legislature recently required cities to change their comprehensive plans. And as I look at the candidates platforms, I don't see a lot of people talking about rent control. That's not a major change from the status quo. Do you think we have a clear choice in every district? If only because so many people came into the selection without a good idea.
