In the twenties and 19 thirties, the professional managerial class in the united states had expanded tremendously because of the progressive movement. They looked at the soviet union as like they're kind of still coming up out of the middle ages. There's actually, there's a lot of parallels to the way that our establishment in the west and us. Have treated with china over the last 20 years or so.
