Do You Have a Blind Spot?

The idea would be that if you've worked ten years longer, but you're not adding, you know, ten years more value, then you get paid for the value that you're being delivered. The framing came from the fact that in this example, it happened to be a male who had the ten years more experience and a female who had ten years less. And i was sitting there going, do i have a blind spot here? I'm paying the male who's doing the same job as the female some percentage more. It seems unfair to the person who put ten years in and has more wisdom, maybe at some point might have a little bit more scar tissue, so to speak,...
