Dannymarana: I have a morning and nightly routine that I kind of churn through every day. The thing that sticks out to me is rating your days it's so simple because anyone could do it you can rate your days on a scale from negative two being the worst to plus two being the best or zero in the middle like zeros and neutral day. Every night before he goes to bed I write like a 50-word little blurb of everything I did that day and rank my day on negative two to plus two right? So what's so fun at the end of the year I do it every couple months of looking through that tracking the average of my day rankings over time as
