How to Record a Video for X's Show at the Greek
X played with Kevin Smith, the bass player and I started playing together before COVID. In May of 2020 or April, I think, I called him up and said, so you're not touring, right? And he goes, of course not. He usually tours with Willie Nelson. So I went over to his backyard and we played on his patio because it was safe. We were 20 feet apart because nobody knew what the hell was what. There weren't any amps or it wasn't a PA, so we just did this thing. That's kind of how we came up with sound. The Greeks play it once a week because nobody else had anything to do.
