The Rise of Unworking Men in the United States

Unworking men are living in homes where other people help to support them. The decline of manufacturing certainly has got some consequences, but whether it can account for a lot of what we're seeing right now is another question. Are Americans just like especially prone to criminality, or do we just prosecute more crimes than other countries? What's your sense of that?
