Paul Kirschner: When we look back through history examples of exceptional polymaths you know Da Vinci and several figures in their Renaissance being prime examples of that. Is it that they've gained such a high degree of self efficacy through the study of one discipline that they then develop that strong internal locus of control that allows them to go and learn the fundamental basics of other disciplines? I don't know genius exceptional learners, as I say, I study normal between two standard deviations under and above normal.
