How to Create a Business Case for Your Service
I think that there's a lot of hesitancy in terms of this is not my job versus this is not something I'm an authority about. And I feel like service design sort of takes that a little bit out of the equation where no, this is your job. This is the thing that you do have enough authority to really start investigating. So when someone starts kind of pushing in that direction, where would you know, we have our customer journey maps,. We have a sense of where things are falling apart. Make a business case. Show like it's almost impossible to show a net positive or show a return on investment about something new that you're going to create.
