I admire that you're making food a legitimate topic yeah for scientific investigation. I would argue it's not common sense because I wasn't taught that at medical school let alone what people are being taught out there. It's all about reductionism so we were taught in medical school only really think four things matter for food calories fats sugars protein and maybe you add in vitamins and you've got everything right but you need to ask over in there somewhere right?
