The Dissenters Call Out the Inconsistencies in the Application of Federalism

Dissenters pointed out inconsistencies in the application of originalism. Just yesterday, this very same court kind of blew federalism out of the water by allowing the states to decide how they were going to deal with gun control. And so there's a kind of selective and itinerant commitment to these conservative principles. They do it when it suits them, and they abandon them when it doesn't.
