You can program almost every light in your house but for most people the best thing is when you're going to replace any light bulb in your house just be mindful except for your bathroom it's a different story. If you cannot go outside outdoor right away oh if you're living in a cold northern latitude to north and you don't have enough access to light in the morning that's when you can't back it up to full brightness.
