Breathing is that entry point. Breathing it first is really about, OK, I'm consciously participating in my breathing. So I can't be doing much else or thinking much else. The breathing's only goal is to make you aware of your breathing. And the last thing I was thinking was the relationship between exercise and stress. But because you are the one who is controlling the stress, it teaches you to be able to be in stress and be okay with it.
