i suspect at least half the company, in some shape or form, isn't to go to market side. It is a very tough tention. In fact, i was at a board meeting just yesterday, and t the head of sales was complaining, this company doesn't have enough of a sales culture. For te it's an engineering centre company, and a transition to corancota sales culture is a hard transition for the company to make. How can you balance those cultural issues? Because you're still a very engineering centric organization in some ways - but you serve large enterprises.
