Lifting plus plios didn't seem to have any aditive effect. If you're already doing a lot of resistance training, ding samd plios in probably won't hurt your results but it probably won't help them either. But i did still think this was cool for the mechanistic stuff. Well, we know that there's y of stuff that we as species don't know about skeletal muscle yet. And this kind of hints at one more that like, maybe the the mechanisms of hypertrophy picture is more complicated than we realized.
