The Life and Times of Chester Panzer
The first member of the news media to arrive was a person named Chester Panzer with WRC TV. He will returning from another story and they've been stuck in traffic on the George Washington Parkway when the plane crashed just a few hundred yards away. So that's what I remember seeing is like video footage of people in this icy frozen water trying to be rescued, right? It's really incredible footage. His work earned him 1983 Pulitzer Prize finalist honors.
