Mindful meditation helps massively with like, stress, stress relief and anxiety. The way your brain is, or how you think,. is just like how you think, right? Ah, but it's not  like you can transform your body to be more strong, or more fast, or, you know, get a six pack or whatever, you can do the same thing with your brain.
