How Do You Manage Territorialism Within Government?
iendes: There's territorialism around, say, artifact generation. We're supposed to be experts on people and the way humans behave. And then when we have to turn that inward and see them as our users, we really struggle. So there's a case for saying that design works across the whole life cycle of v sor a product,. Er, whereas some don't, you know, like maybe deat only touches one part of the project E, and so on.
