I thought I had a wide range of emotions, but that is a lot. And I think the important thing is just to look at the simple emotions of happiness, surprise, disgust, anger, sadness and really work with them. What is it that is causing me to feel the way that I'm feeling? How can I work with it? So that's one thing I would suggest. The other myth that I think we ought to really look at was around time management. We can't manage time. All we can do is manage the way in which we approach the time that we have got.
