You Shouldn't Workout, You Should Not Workout
No caffeine within five hours of your bedtime because that's how long it takes to leave your system. And that is why you're not supposed to look at screens or anything before bed. I started a regular workout routine for about three months and even though it was honestly my sleeping, I slept better in those three months. So by the time this comes out, I might be starting a exercise schedule. Yeah. There's a new year there. The endorphins are real. My skin was amazing. You're pleasant to be around. Aww, what a way to find out I'm not now.
